Reputation management and stakeholder credibility is not only an issue for the company leadership, but also for employees and all those who speak on behalf of the company.
I am a relationship person and it is out of relationships that I work with partners on projects that want to make a difference and bring about change, for example in the way of communication, in the willingness to understand each other and to respect the intercultural differences and similarities in business and daily life.
